Direct Commodity Trading

As an independent commodity introducer based in Switzerland, my goal is to connect buyers and sellers worldwide as directly, simply and efficiently as possible.

I focus on short communication channels and aim to avoid unnecessary chains of intermediaries. This creates clear structures, direct communication and efficient processes between business partners.

My focus is on international B2B commodity introducing, particularly in energy products, metals and other commodities.

My principle: Fewer intermediaries. More direct connections. More efficient commodity trading.

My role as Introducer

  • First, I conduct my own due diligence.
  • I facilitate introductions between potential business partners and support the parties in establishing a potential business relationship.
  • I am not a party to any purchase or supply agreement entered into between the parties.
  • I do not act as an agent or authorized representative of either party and do not make contractual decisions on behalf of the parties.
  • I have no control over, custody of, or authority to dispose of the goods or any payments made by the parties.
  • Each party is responsible for conducting its own commercial, legal, and financial due diligence and for independently reviewing and assessing the applicable contractual terms.
  • Any compensation or commission for the introduction services will only become due and payable upon the successful completion of a transaction. The applicable compensation will be agreed separately with the relevant parties.


Transparency

AmmannTrading does not require any advance payment for any introduction services. AmmannTrading does not receive or hold client funds and has no authority over or control of any funds belonging to the parties. AmmannTrading is likewise not the owner of any goods introduced through its services and does not take custody of, or exercise control or disposition over, such goods.
